Noritake Nippon China Toki Kaishi Occupied Japan 3 Piece

Noritake beautiful porcelain china circa the 1940s when Japan was occupied by US forces after WWII. The markings on this set indicate it was produced for use within the country of Japan because it doesn't have the "Occupied Japan" label required at that time for export.

The china pattern features an outer rim of scrolls in light blue with brown tones accented by clusters of small roses, sprays of green leaves. Teacup is footed with the design on the interior of the cup.

Stamped Noritake in black script over a Kimura emblem set in a light brown scroll with pale teal leaves, above the words "Nippon Toki Kaishi" in black block letters.

Cup: 4 3/8 inches across including handle
Saucer: 5 5/8 inches across
Plate: 7 1/2 inches across

In beautiful antique condition showing little use with no noted flaws.
